- 1 large tin of chick peas, drained and washed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- Fry light
- Pasata
- Veg of your choice
- Cheese, grated – HEA x 2
- Place some baking paper on a flat baking tray & spray with frylight
- Blitz chickpeas, salt and egg to a puree in a food processor
- Spread mixture thinly (0.5-1cm) over baking paper and spray again with frylight
- Bake at 220c for about 10 to 15 mins or until brown & crispy
- Spread pasata or a home made tomato sauce on the base
- Add toppings of your choice
- Cook a further 5 to 10 miins
- Sprinkle HEA of cheese over and bake for a further 5 mins
Free on Green ( as far as I know )
Adapt the amount of cheese depending how many servings you want
If you want add meat or fish, use HEB
